When trying to determine whether or not working with a virtual assistant/consultant will benefit your company, you need to determine how much money your time is worth. A simple way to figure this out is to estimate how much money you would like to make in a year, and divide that into productive work hours. Most of us are only productive about 4-5 hours per day. For example, if you would like to make $200,000 this year, and you work 5 productive hours each day, 5 days per week, then your time is worth roughly $154 an hour. With this scenario, you could benefit from outsourcing any function that you can pay someone to do for less than $154 an hour.
Our Rates:
We have recently adjusted our fee structure, separating our web and graphic design services, from the more administrative types of services we can provide.
Website Development / Graphic Design
Our rate is $60.00/hr (with the exception of site edits/updates). All time is billed in advance of any project work commencing. After your initial consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal which outlines the specific tasks to be completed, as well as an estimate of the number of hours necessary to complete your project. Virtual Assistant Services
Our rate is $30.00/hr with a fifteen (15) hour minimum billed per client per month (or $450). Your initial month is a “trial period“ to determine if working with us is a good fit for your business. Working with you for at least 15 hours allows us to really get to know you and your business. Once you have confirmed (via e-mail) you would like to move forward beyond your trial period, there is a three (3) month commitment. Each client will be billed when their purchased hours total is 3 hours or less.
All additional time must be approved by the client, prior to any work commencing. All time is billed in five hour increments (10, 15, 20 hours, etc.) and is due in advance. After your initial consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal which outlines the specific tasks to be completed based on your monthly needs, with our estimate of hours necessary – which you can adjust based on your budget.
All unused time will be rolled forward to the next month. All time must be used within 60 days of purchase – there will be no refunds.
Invoicing
Detailed invoices outlining how time is allocated will be provided to each client on a weekly basis (on Saturday). We find this allows our clients to review how their time is being used and to help us to prioritize our projects. Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal.
Package Pricing:
We now offer package pricing savings for all clients who who renew their time beyond their trial period for virtual assistance, and opt-in for a long term business relationship of 6 months for more (with minimum of 15 hours per month).
20 Hours = $600.00 – Discounted Price: $570.00
($30.00 savings per month with a six (6) month commitment)
30 Hours = $900.00 – Discounted Price: $855.00
($45.00 savings per month with a six (6) month commitment)
40 Hours = $1200.00 – Discounted Price: $1140.00
($60.00 savings per month with a six (6) month commitment)
50 Hours = $1500.00 – Discounted Price: $1425.00
($75.00 savings per month with a six (6) month commitment)
